How to broadcast games like Gunslinger?

Does anybody know how Gunslinger broadcasted games in TFC, he used winamp I remember and you could listen live, was he spectating and doing it? How do you get the broadcast recorded? Thanks for the info guys I am trying to get some of our matches broadcasted.

You need the winamp plugin called Shoutcast.

Ok so If someone was to broadcast a game, how would they do it? They would be spectator and use shoutcast for gameplay updates and commentary?

Correct. Only thing i am not sure of, is what people use to record the shoutcast.

But I guess, using the in-game chat while in spectator mode and recording a demo will also be a good way to record for later viewing and listening.
