I used to use WS FTP LE, then I downloaded firefox some years ago. I now use FireFTP which is a plugin built into Firefox so I can use FTP in a tab. :P

I use WS_FTP Pro. The only FTP's I use are sftp and I'm well familiar with WS_FTP....it gets the job done.

I quite honestly prefer FlashFXP, but it's Shareware :(.

FireFTP is so god damned easy. I have 8 accounts setup on it, and all I gotta do to change em is click the drop down box, saves my passwords, even has support to view things on web. FTP > cPanel any day.

Server or client?
I use filezilla as a client and it's decent.
It's free, but it has some issues :-\

Seconded

I only ever use SmartFTP to access old FTP sites with old user/pass's from 2003, but since they're gone anyway I no longer have a use for it
